Week 21: Route 66 Rocky Road

We wanted to do something to celebrate Sophie's first week of training for her new job as breakfast assistant, in addition to her role as eater of cake, taker of photographs and moral support.

So we decided to make a mixture of many favourite sweet things all in one bake: Rocky Road!!

It was amazing!! I would have probably not added so many marshmallows, but that is because it made it very difficult to eat. Not because of the taste. It really made the Rocky Road stand out!
